Outdoor girl.....

Addison loves to be outdoors--she always has, but now that she can walk around she really loves it! We took these pictures the other day while she and Simon were outside playing. She was having a ball----despite her constantly runny nose....and I think Simon liked it too! :0)

She is still really talking up a storm---talks in small phrases and sentences all the time now---she cracks me up! Constantly telling Simon, "Simon, come here!! Hurry up!!" She is so chatty and friendly and loves everyone.

We also had her appointment with her urologist last week, as well as another sonogram. Looks like there is still no change in her kidneys, and while that is not bad, I didn't get the impression it was good either---sort of neutral, I guess. Anyhow, she has a condition called hydronephrosis, which is where the kidneys don't always drain fully. Her doctor says that while he isn't worried as of now, seeing as there was no change in them in the last 6 months, we will still be keeping an eye on them and repeating all of this again in 6 months. He said as long as she hasn't had any more problems, we at some point will come to the conclusion that this is just the way her kidneys are and accept it for that. Until that time, we will keep checking every 6 months or so.

All in all, things are good lately---can not believe she is almost 17 months old---how time has gone so quickly! ;0)
