First of all, thank you to everyone for the good thoughts and prayers---they seem to be working, so keep 'em coming! :0)
We talked to the doctor this morning, and she said that the blood culture is clear, however, the urine culture is growing a bacteria, so it is for sure that Addison has a urinary tract infection. The lab will now let the bacteria continue to grow for another day or so and then test it to see what strain it is, and what antibiotic will work best on it. Addison does seem to feel better today though, so her doctor thinks we are probably already on an antibiotic that is working. We will finish out the meds, and then we will have to schedule some tests to be done on her kidneys and bladder to ensure the bacteria has been completely eradicated.
So, good news, I think. We have had a pretty good day---including some play time on her activity mat. She is becoming quite the expert at the tummy to back roll-over. I will post a video of it---pretty funny stuff! :0)
We will go back to the doctor on Monday for her 2 month well-child exam and immunizations, so keep thinking of us! This poor girl has been stuck with more needles in the past week---thank goodness she doesn't seem to have picked up her mommy's phobia----not yet at least! haha!
Also on a good note---looks like we are still on schedule to take our trip to Roswell next week to see Auntie Steff, Uncle Tim and cousin Rush---we cant wait to meet him!

Glad she's feeling better! Love the "Roll over", just waiting for "good Baby" afterwards! :) J/K. When are you going to be in town? Let me know so we can get together at least for a few minutes! Love ya!
